Senior Privacy Program Lead at Fasken

Fasken is seeking a Senior Privacy Program Lead to enhance our global privacy initiatives. Drive compliance, conduct assessments, and shape privacy strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
This role within Fasken’s Information Security Office focuses on operationalizing our comprehensive privacy program. As a hands-on leader, you will conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and ensure data protection compliance across Canada, the UK, EU, and South Africa. Collaboration with Legal, IT, and Security teams is crucial for maturing our privacy controls and supporting AI governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for priority projects
• Develop standardized methodologies for privacy assessments
• Maintain detailed Records of Processing Activities
• Establish risk assessment processes for AI technologies
