Lonza is hiring a Senior Principal Scientist to join our Process Development Sciences team in Singapore.

The Process Development Sciences team is a focused group of senior subject matter experts (SMEs) with deep expertise across upstream (USP), downstream (DSP), process characterization (PC), and process validation (PV). The team provides scientific and technical leadership to address both routine and complex challenges impacting process development and manufacturing.

In this role, you will collaborate across Lonza’s global mammalian network and engage directly with customers to deliver innovative, science-driven solutions. You bring broad technical experience, a passion for science, and a commitment to mentoring and knowledge sharing.
