Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions, interviews, workshops, and workflow mapping with business teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Translate business pain points into AI-ready problem statements, hypotheses, success metrics, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead the scoping and coordination of AI POCs and MVPs, from opportunity framing to prototype validation and pilot recommendation.
- Partner with technical teams, vendors, and business users to design AI-enabled workflows and solutions.
- Coordinate UAT, pilot feedback, test scripts, evaluation rubrics, and validation reports.
- Analyze results from POCs/MVPs and recommend whether solutions should be scaled, refined, paused, or discontinued.
- Prepare business cases, PRDs, process maps, delivery plans, risk logs, decision papers, and stakeholder updates.
