  • Technical Prerequisites for FICO: Set up and configure all technical requirements to implement the FICO model effectively within the organization's systems.

  • Scaling FICO to Multiple Channels: Scale the FICO model to Digital, TLS, and SA channels, ensuring compatibility and effectiveness across various platforms.

  • Training Local Talents: Train and mentor local employees to take full ownership of the FICO model asap within 1 year, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to manage and optimize pricing independently.
