Senior Pre-Contract QS: Budgeting & Tendering Lead

Caliberly in Dubai is searching for a Commercial Manager (Pre-Contract) with expertise in cost planning and budgeting for large-scale projects. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as 10+ years of experience preferably from a reputable cost consultancy.

The ideal candidate will prepare project budgets, conduct cost estimates, and lead tendering processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with various stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying is mandatory, and UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.
