This role combines deep database administration expertise with SRE principles to ensure data infrastructure operates at scale with high availability and performance.

What You'll Do
- Own the design and maintenance of highly available database systems (99.9%+ uptime), including installation, configuration, monitoring, and optimization
- Conduct performance tuning, query optimization, and capacity planning for production databases
- Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies with automated failover
