Senior Post-Contract QS for Luxury Projects

AECOM is seeking a seasoned Post‑Contract Cost Consultant to lead cost management across luxury residential, commercial and hospitality projects in the Middle East. You will oversee teams, manage client relationships, and drive accurate cost reporting and risk management from early concept through final account.

The ideal candidate holds MRICS, a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, and 8–10 years post graduate experience with 4–5 years in the Middle East.
