Position: Senior Policy Analyst (Full‑Time, Permanent)
Position Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Children and Families, the Senior Policy Analyst will lead policy development and research, plan and implement policies and programs, offer strategic and policy advice and solutions, and manage projects and initiatives through proposal development, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Activities
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs and FNFAO mandate to develop policy options aligned with their goals.
- Lead, coordinate, and participate in policy and project development, including guiding policy and research, communications, legal services, and restoration of First Nations jurisdiction over children and families initiatives.
