Senior Platform Engineer – Red Hat OpenShift & Kubernetes

IBM Philippines We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Specialist – Red Hat Platform to join our growing technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and maintain Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms
• Develop and manage deployment scripts for Kubernetes-based microservices
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines in containerized environments
• Manage Kubernetes manifests using Helm Charts and Kustomize
• Design and implement GitOps deployment pipelines using ArgoCD
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and debugging in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure platform stability and scalability
• Utilize Git for version control and deployment management
