We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Platform Engineer to support and enhance our enterprise cloud and infrastructure environment across Azure, Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and SaaS platforms. This role acts as a key escalation point for both internal IT teams and MSPsupport, ensuring stability, performance, and security across all core platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and operate Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services across production environments.
- Administer and support core infrastructure platforms including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Zoom Phone, and key SaaS applications.
- Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex cloud, identity, endpoint, infrastructure, and SaaS incidents from internal IT teams and MSP.
