Responsibilities
- Define, build, and communicate technical and architectural vision for the Collaboration Services Platform.
- Lead the technical vision and architectural strategy, providing technical support for end‑user issues and concerns.
- Support in the Administration of Microsoft 365, Zoom, Box, Adobe Acrobat/Sign, and Power Platform tools.
- Drive automation of deployments, configuration management, patching, license provisioning, user lifecycle management, and alerting using PowerShell, Python, or relevant scripting tools.
- Collaborate with Product Teams and Architects to ensure infrastructure aligns with Agile architecture and DevOps best practices.
- Develop automation workflows for CI/CD pipelines, testing, and platform monitoring.
