Senior platform automation specialist

Responsibilities Define, build, and communicate technical and architectural vision for the Collaboration Services Platform. Lead the technical vision and architectural strategy, providing technical support for end‑user issues and concerns. Support in the Administration of Microsoft 365, Zoom, Box, Adobe Acrobat/Sign, and Power Platform tools. Drive automation of deployments, configuration management, patching, license provisioning, user lifecycle management, and alerting using Power Shell, Python, or relevant scripting tools. Collaborate with Product Teams and Architects to ensure infrastructure aligns with Agile architecture and Dev Ops best practices. Develop automation workflows for CI/CD pipelines, testing, and platform monitoring. Handle platform migrations, onboarding of acquired companies, and rationalization of collaboration technologies.
