Overview of the Role

To provide support to the Business and Project Management teams (depending on nature and size of project) and is responsible in preparing, monitoring, updating, and revising the construction schedule as necessary. Monitors the accomplishments at site and analyzes its effect on the project schedule.

Functionally reporting to Planning Manager/Snr Planning Manager.

What you will do

• Thorough analysis of tender information and preparation of tender programmes
• Preparation of Baseline / Contract programmes inclusive of Procurement and Engineering activities (resource loaded programmes). Thereafter, generate Procurement and Engineering schedules and communicate to respective departments.
• Prior Project commencement, further to Baseline Programme, generate three-week and three-month realistic look-ahead schedule.
