Senior Planning And Scheduling Manager

**Job Purpose**Senior Planning and Scheduling Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the master production schedule across all manufacturing facilities, leading the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process from a planning perspective to ensure efficient resource utilization and meet customer demands at all Kauffman production sites.This role requires ongoing collaboration with scheduling, production, supply chain, materials, and logistics departments to optimize planning processes and achieve operational goals through the use of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and ERP systems.
