Jobs for Humanity is collaborating with Kier to build an inclusive and just employment ecosystem. We are looking for a Senior Planner to join the Southern Planning Team based in Southampton and cover the Southern region of Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire. The role is full‑time (40 hours per week) with some flexibility in hours. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
This role will involve:
- 50% of your allocation dedicated to the Baker Barracks project, which includes refurbishment and extensions of existing hangars, extension of mess facilities, construction of a new office administration building, and a new modular armoury store and weapon cleaning shelter.
- The remaining 50% of your allocation working across the Pre‑Construction and Construction Delivery Teams, providing planning expertise on multiple projects ranging from £5 M to £100 M+ at tender, PCSA and delivery stag...
