Job Summary
Senior Planner – Full time, Permanent – Tower Hamlets – £45,657 per annum – 42.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, office based).
Key Responsibilities
- Line management of a team of Planners and Administrators.
- Lead, support and develop a team of Planners to ensure high‑quality scheduling and a consistently customer‑focused repair service.
- Manage and oversee all scheduled teams, ensuring Operatives’ diaries are optimised for maximum productivity and efficient use of skills.
- Monitor and report on key KPIs, including productivity, service levels, and operational performance, and provide regular updates to management.
- Handle operational reports, analyse trends, identify issues, and implement improvements across the planning function.
