Senior Physical Security Representative

Job Description

• Oversee and implement physical security programs based on company security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage day‑to‑day physical security operations, compliance, investigations, audits, and training activities.
• Implement and manage an employee security awareness program to ensure compliance with CNX security and information protection requirements.
• Communicate observations to the Security Operations Team (Security Ops Supervisor and Senior Officer/Manager).
• Develop and enforce security‑related policies and procedures, including client‑specific standards such as PCI DSS, FFIEC, HIPAA, and SOC2.
• Conduct audits of assigned sites relative to the above standards and create training curriculum to address observed gaps.
• Ensure that physical security operations at the assigned site(s) are fully maintained.
