Senior Physical Design Engineer — SoC Tapeout Lead

MediaTek is seeking an experienced IC Physical Design Engineer in Singapore. This role will handle the design of advanced process chips (6/4/3nm) and coordinate multiple tasks as the block coordinator. Strong leadership with proven tapeout experience is essential. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of UNIX/LINUX and programming in C/C++, Python, TCL, or Perl, alongside excellent communication skills for teamwork. Preference will be given to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.
