Senior PHP Engineer - Laravel + AI Automation (Remote)

N-iX is seeking a mature Senior/Lead PHP Engineer in the Toronto time zone to design, build, and own backend features end-to-end using PHP and Laravel. You will mentor other engineers and shape how agentic AI workflows are integrated into our product and internal tooling.

You'll work on robust APIs, optimize performance and security, and stay ahead of the Laravel ecosystem and emerging AI tooling such as LLM APIs and tool calling.
