Senior Phlebotomist: Onsite Blood Draw & Lab Support

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Sr Phlebotomist to join their team in Fort Smith, AR. This position involves obtaining blood specimens, maintaining specimen integrity, and tracking collected specimens.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent). A BS/BA degree is preferred. The role also requires adherence to HIPAA standards and professional practices within a safe work environment.
