Senior Performance Testing Engineer - k6 - Pharma Industry

Overview

Join our team to develop scalable performance testing capabilities for a large-scale laboratory platform ecosystem. You will apply k6, JavaScript/TypeScript, Docker, GitHub Actions, and observability tools to validate production-scale workloads while improving testing automation and reliability.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing and implementing realistic performance testing scenarios, building reusable tooling and containerized testing environments, automating execution through CI/CD pipelines, analyzing metrics and bottlenecks using observability platforms, contributing to testing strategy, mentoring another engineer, and continuously improving the performance testing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance and load testing using k6, JMeter, Gatling or similar tools.
• Strong programming skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with Python and/or Java, SQL, ...
