Senior Performance Test Engineer

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies. Handle end‑to‑end performance testing activities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve performance issues.

• Develop scripts and execute performance tests using industry‑leading tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter on common protocols such as Web, Web Services, Ajax TruClient, RTE, and Winsock.
• Conduct various performance tests including load, stress, endurance, etc.
• Use monitoring tools like Grafana, Splunk, BMC TruSight, Dynatrace for performance analysis of applications and infrastructure, identify bottlenecks, and provide tuning recommendations.
• Make decisions on performance test defect triage meetings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Root‑cause analysis of performance problems and recommendations to fix them is an added advantage.
