Developing, and executing comprehensive performance testing strategies. Able to handle end to end performance testing activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams/Stakeholders to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Should have experience to develop scripts and execute performance tests using industry-leading tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter on common protocols such as Web, Web Services, Ajax TruClient, RTE and Winsock.
- Should have exposure to various types of performance tests including load, stress, endurance, etc.
- Should have the ability to use monitoring tools like Grafana, Splunk, BMC trusight, Dynatrace for performance analysis of applications/infrastructure and thereby identify bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations.
- Should have the capability to make decisions on performance test defect triage meetings.
- Should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
