Senior Performance Coach & Player Development Lead

SotoTennis Academy in Marbella is seeking an experienced coach to lead player programmes with clear performance plans and annual objectives. You will manage squads, coordinate with sport science and operations teams, and contribute to analytics, content creation, and mentoring of younger coaches.
A Level 4 LTA Coaching Certificate or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on communication, organisation, and self-motivation.
