Job Description
- Lead end‑to‑end People Services operations in the Philippines, including employee lifecycle management, policy execution, compliance, and employee relations.
- Design and deliver talent management strategies covering performance management, succession planning, learning and development, leadership capability, and career progression.
- Partner with global People teams to localize enterprise initiatives, standardize processes, and continuously improve systems, including HRIS and reporting.
