Role Overview As a Senior People & Culture Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving HR operations, talent management initiatives, employee engagement programs, performance management processes, and culture-building activities that align with Bevatels strategic objectives. This role requires a proactive HR professional who can balance operational excellence with a strong focus on people, culture, and organizational development.
