About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise‑grade applications that ensure high system availability and performance. This role is critical in maintaining production stability, resolving complex technical issues, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate, analyze, and resolve production incidents, defects, and performance issues to meet service level agreements (SLAs), including root cause analysis and prevention of recurrence
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across APIs, web services, batch interfaces, and enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and security
