About the Job
The Data Senior Demand Manager for People & Culture serves as strategic leader and primary bridge between HR/P&C business stakeholders and Data & Digital delivery teams. This senior role shapes digital solutions, data capabilities, and technology initiatives supporting the P&C agenda while leading and developing direct reports. Owns end-to-end demand strategy for the P&C perimeter, building trusted partnerships at the highest levels within the P&C domain.
