Position: Senior Payroll Specialist/Cyberscape, Ortigas, Pasig City
Location: Cyberscape, Ortigas, Pasig City
Work Setup & Shift: Hybrid | Night shift
Responsibilities
- Own the full payroll cycle from preparation through post-payroll reconciliation for multi-state employees
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll using Rippling, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain payroll records, including earnings, deductions, benefits, taxes, and garnishments
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Reconcile payroll accounts and support month-end and year-end close processes
- Partner with HR and Finance on onboarding, offboarding, compensation changes, and benefits administration
