We're partnering with a well-established national organisation seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their payroll team on an immediate-start, 2-month contract.
Working closely with an experienced Payroll Lead and alongside a small, collaborative national payroll team, you'll play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance and process efficiency during a busy period.
What you'll be doing:
- Running and analysing payroll variance reports
- Completing payroll reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with payroll queries and escalations
- Maintaining employee payroll records and data integrity
- Assisting with payroll adjustments, terminations and leave calculations
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related matters
