Senior Payroll Manager

Position Summary

The Senior Payroll Manager is responsible for leading payroll and benefits delivery at Riverside Natural Foods across Canada and the US. This role ensures payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with all applicable regulations for a diverse employee population.

The role partners closely with People & Values, Finance, and other cross‑functional teams to support payroll operations, benefits and pension administration, and ongoing compliance. The Senior Payroll Manager is expected to demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, and accountability while strengthening payroll controls and processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end payroll processing for a multi‑national workforce, including hourly, salaried, full‑time, and part‑time employees
