As our Senior Payroll Consultant, you'll be the engine behind seamless, accurate and compliant payroll delivery for all of SEEK ANZ. You'll work as a key member of our People Operations, Systems, and Insights team, reporting to the Manager, Payroll & HRC alongside approximately 10 passionate professionals across Payroll and HR Coordination functions.
You will manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring every pay cycle is delivered on time and with precision. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance Business Partners, Leaders and SEEKers to keep our payroll practices best in class.
Beyond the day-to-day, you'll drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to automate, streamline and enhance the experience for our people.
