What- the Role:

Reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Manager, the Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi‑provincial Canadian and multi‑state US payrolls across a complex, high‑volume environment. This role serves as a key payroll subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, supporting audits and reconciliations, resolving complex payroll issues, and partnering closely with HR, Finance, and IT.

A key focus of this position is payroll reconciliations, including validating payroll data against billing information, reconciling payroll accounts, and ensuring all payroll activity ties accurately to the trial balance. Strong payroll reconciliation experience is essential.
