DiDi is seeking a Growth/CRM analytics professional to own lifecycle campaigns across SSL markets (MX, AR, CO, CL, CR). You’ll run segmentation-based CRM and reactivation efforts, design and evaluate A/B tests, and diagnose funnel leakage from install to 28‑day retention.
You will build data packages, measure channel quality and incrementality, and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional teams across Paid Marketing, Product, Ops/Supply, and Business Development.
