  • Prospecting and onboarding of new indirect channels for the commercialization of Sem Parar Empresas products.
  • Ongoing management and relationship-building with the portfolio of active partners.
  • Mapping business opportunities within the customer base, implementing upsell and cross-sell strategies to maximize results.
  • Preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals.
  • Managing the sales funnel through to client implementation.
  • Monitoring channel revenue metrics and targets.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure quality and speed of delivery.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Experience in B2B sales in the benefits or HR solutions segment.
  • Experience in prospecting and managing a portfolio of partners or indirect channels.
