- Prospecting and onboarding of new indirect channels for the commercialization of Sem Parar Empresas products.
- Ongoing management and relationship-building with the portfolio of active partners.
- Mapping business opportunities within the customer base, implementing upsell and cross-sell strategies to maximize results.
- Preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals.
- Managing the sales funnel through to client implementation.
- Monitoring channel revenue metrics and targets.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure quality and speed of delivery.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Experience in B2B sales in the benefits or HR solutions segment.
- Experience in prospecting and managing a portfolio of partners or indirect channels.
