Senior Partner Development Specialist - Connect, ANZ Partner

Description
AWS is seeking a Partner Development Specialist (PDS) to drive our Amazon Connect partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy across Australia and New Zealand. This role sits within the ANZ Partner Organisation and focuses on growing the AConnect practice across both technology and consulting partners. This means identifying the right partners, enabling them to build and sell across the Connect portfolio, driving co-sell pipeline with AWS field teams, and ensuring successful customer outcomes. You will operate as the connective tissue between global / APJ Connect teams, ANZ partner development managers, sales teams, solutions architects, and marketing to deliver a cohesive go-to-market approach.
