Senior Packaging Engineer - Innovation, NPD & Sustainability

Bayer AG in Toluca is seeking a senior packaging engineer to own end-to-end packaging development for innovation and protection initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams across Packaging Innovation and Engineering to deliver robust, compliant packaging solutions on-time and within 90-day cycles.

The role requires a strong technical background in packaging materials, manufacturing, and testing, plus agile/DSO mindset, stakeholder management, and English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
