Senior Packaging Designer - Wafer-Level & PCB Design

SILICON BOX in Singapore is seeking a talented Senior/Designer for Packaging responsible for product and tooling design. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in wafer bumping and other packaging processes.

The role involves generating and revising electrical routing layouts and creating designs for test vehicles and PCBs. Familiarity with Cadence APD and other design software is essential for success in this position.
