Senior Packaging Design & Optimization Lead

Joyson Safety Systems is looking for a Packaging Engineer in San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, to develop and optimize packaging solutions across the enterprise while ensuring 100% OEM compliance. This role involves leading cost reduction through innovative designs and managing the technical RFQ process.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science or a related field, backed by 3-5 years of experience in packaging development. Furthermore, proficiency in CAD software like SolidWorks and knowledge in material science are essential.
