Structured Finance team sits within the Investment Banking & Finance group (IB&F), part of BBVA’s Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division. As part of the Structured Finance team in Madrid, the successful candidate will be responsible for arranging, structuring and executing complex large-scale structured finance mandates in the Commercial Real Estate and Hospitality space.
About the position
As a Senior Originator, you will assume a leadership role in driving strategic origination initiatives and delivering complex lending solutions. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Holding a dialogue and negotiation with clients at the level of CFO/Treasurers to lead their financing transactions with a variety of solutions (among others, term loans, bridge loans etc....)
- Taking on and handling projects autonomously with the support of junior team members
- Managing key internal stakeholders across coverage, syndicat...
