Responsibilities
- Market analysis
- Identify markets with potential for Nordex Capital business plan.
- Identify potential partners and/or customers.
- Define the most suitable business model to operate in the market.
- Deal origination
- Lead the interaction with the partner and/or customer.
- Define the most suitable structure for the deal.
- Develop the business plan.
- Deal request for approval
- Put together deal approval documents (Gate 0 and Gate 1).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Additional training or specialization in Renewable Energy financing and M&A is highly valued.
- Seniority: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in origination, business development, or commercial roles.
