Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a large‑scale, multi‑year ERP transformation program. This position is responsible for leading, planning, developing, and executing organizational change management (OCM) strategies that support enterprise‑wide change initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, project teams, Human Resources, and business stakeholders, you will help prepare the organization for change by driving organizational readiness, fostering stakeholder engagement, minimizing resistance, and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and ways of working across multiple stakeholder groups.
