We are looking for a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead change strategy for a high‑complexity SAP transformation program, including process redesign and SAP S/4HANA rollout.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end change strategy for the SAP transformation, covering communications, engagement, readiness, training, and impact management.
- Run maturity diagnostics and organizational impact assessments (OIA) to identify behavioral, operational, and cultural gaps.
- Coordinate executive governance rituals, steering committees, and stakeholder touchpoints across C‑level, PMO, IT, and SAP functional streams.
- Develop and execute multi‑channel communication plans that translate SAP topics into clear, business‑oriented messages.
- Design and manage the SAP training plan, including training strategy, training needs assessment (TNA), schedule, and delivery.
