Oracle HCM Professional (Benefits Cloud)

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients directly and analyze HR technology issues faced by them and develop effective solutions.
• Create functional design documents, configure the Oracle HCM Cloud system, and conduct comprehensive testing to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Develop support models to meet current and future business needs, and manage the entire implementation lifecycle of Oracle HCM benefits projects.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands‑on experience implementing Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud, including configuring benefit plans and rules.
• Experience in at least one end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle HCM Benefits within Canadian legislation.
• Familiarity with benefits interfaces and integrations with other modules such as Core HR, Time and Labor, Absences, and Payroll, as well as third‑party vendors.
