Senior Oracle Hcm Technical Solutions Architect

Job Summary:
- will play a highly strategic role to deliver successful enhancements for HCM Cloud suite.
- 10 years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle HCM Applications.
Worked with Functional team to deliver technical backlog in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud Suite.
- is required to play a hands-on role to resolve issues in implementation projects, build POCs, based on the requirements, work on enhancing and building new tools related to HCM data migration and HCM reporting.
- must have functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules that is needed to understand the requirements to design & build the solution
Responsibilities and Duties:
Core HR module experience in Oracle HCM.
Strong configuration skills in LE, Organization Structure, Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards.
