Senior Oracle DBA (AVP) - Performance, DR & Capacity

Hexaware Technologies Phil. Branch is looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Database Administrator (Assistant Vice President) to join their APAC IT Infrastructure & Production team in Manila. This role entails capacity planning, performance tuning, upgrades, and disaster recovery strategy.

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality analysis on complex issues, incident troubleshooting, and responding to database infrastructure challenges. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years’ experience as an Oracle DBA, with a strong operational support background.
