We build high-throughput Free Space Optical Communication systems laser-based links for [satellite / inter-satellite / ground-to-air / terrestrial backhaul] applications. We need a senior engineer whose career has been spent designing, building, and fielding optical links that close in the real world through atmosphere, pointing error, and turbulence.

This is a build-and-field role, not a research one.

Minimum requirement 4+ years of continuous, hands-on FSOC experience.

This is a hard requirement. Fiber-optic-only or RF-only experience does not qualify.
