Purpose of the Role

Senior Manager Operations with proven expertise in managing BPO Operations. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in BPO processes and a strategic mind‑set. The Senior Manager of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
