Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily performance metrics (call handling times, service levels & quality grades) to ensure standards are met.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to administer programs and implement client and in-house policies.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations and attend weekly client meetings to discuss program performance.
- Present performance data to clients during visits and elevate issues beyond normal expectations to the Senior Operations Manager.
- Attend weekly operations reviews and propose action plans to address identified issues.
