- Plan, monitored, and manage the daily activities and operations of the revenue departments (recruitment, sourcing, and staff leasing) in Cebu and all P&L-impacting activities by gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and achieving KPI targets and performance of each team
- Work closely with the Cebu and US department managers/leaders to facilitate process updates, improvements, and initiatives with the goal to improve the performance of Cebu teams
- Function as the bridge between senior leadership and all revenue-generating departments
- Function as the chief managing partner being on the front lines enabling to promote of employee motivation as well as details that hinder office productivity
- Work with the VP to review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
- Directly report to the VP of Operations; The SOM will also be the person next in line for approvals and decision-making if the VP is not available...
